Apartment on 1st floor has re-occurring bed bugs. Landlords exterminator ineffective. Tenants keep putting objects out in hallway, probably spreading the problem. Landlord does not return calls or remedy problem-rents out apartments that have been infested to new tenants unaware.

Bedbugs found in Apartment #4 multiple times. Apartment had to be "bombed" multiple times, and yet bedbugs continued to appear. The building is a problem!

Bed bugs in several 5th & 7th floor apartments for over a year. Landlord and city failed to respond in most cases. In 1 apartment there were literally hills of bed bugs..sooo gross!

THERE HAVE BEEN INFESTATIONS IN AT LEAST FOUR APARTMENTS ON THE 7TH FLOOR, TWO ON THE SECOND, AND ONE ON THE FIFTH. THAT IS WHAT IS COMMON KNOWLEDGE THE MOST RECENT WAS LAST MONTH.
