Stressed neighbor on 11/30/2010

on Nov 18th 2010 i walked into my building after a long day of work to see a sign from Mgmt saying due to a maint. emergency the basement will be closed. Later that evening there was a sign saying something to the effect of thanks to the asshole who left their matressess in the basement. they were infested with bed bugs. you have now put the whole building at risk. There are cameras in the elevator and we will find you!!
