We heard from a tenant on a lower floor of our 10 apartment unit 5th floor walk-up that they had bedbugs. The building management responded by only fumigating the bedrooms of that apartment, and not other living spaces of that unit. Management did not notify other tenants of the building. Several weeks later, bed bugs were found in our apartment unit, located 2 floors up from the prior infested apartment.
