Trying-to-Help on 08/31/2009

I moved into a studio in the building and a few months later, discovered that a person living on my floor was battling bed bugs (unsuccessfully -- she moved out eventually). When I started asking around the building, many neighbors admitted they'd had bed bug issues over the years and just pretty much lived with them.
