infestation has been a problems at this address since at least 2004. still happening. landlords are trying to keep residents quiet about it, and refuse to spray the entire building at once. it got horrendous on the top 3 floors in spring of '08.

on going bedbug infestation. mild to low in units ,now. was worse at the beginning of the spring 08.
