I lived in the unit for 1 1/2 years. I didn't get an infestation until Late April 2010 but then dealt with it until I moved out in August 2010. The infestation was in every room and I was fumigated at least 3 times. My Landlord was understanding and paid for the exterminations but would not reimburse me for my out-of-pocket costs. I have reason to believe the entire building is infested due to talking to neighbors and realizing they encountered the same problems with bed bugs. Definitely rent at
