We are West 84 Company LLC, the owners of 150 West 84 Street, Manhattan. We had several cases of bedbugs in the upper floors of the building in 2009 and 2010. We checked all apartments in the building and treated all of them, even when there were no bedbugs. Every time a tenant suspects the presence of bedbugs, we call a specialized exterminator (Hill's Pest Management) to treat the whole apartment and the adjacent ones as well. This is in addition to the regular exterminator, Metro Pest Control

Woke up to see several bedbugs, discovered a full infestation under mattress. Several neighbors complained. Lanlord has got extermination, but our bedbug inferstation was costly and severe. many apartments have bedbugs.
