My neighbor showed me 108 bites all over his arms. He has seen them under his mattress and told our landlord. The landlord's daughter (who is also a tenant in our building) also had them and threw out her mattress. However, she left it in the hall for 2 days, which is probably why the bugs have spread. As of now, the landlord is not paying for treatment. My neighbor has sprayed his bed with insecticide he bought at a local store. My neighbor's most recent encounter was today, 8-21-10.
