A fourth apartment has recently been confirmed as infested and is currently being treated adding 83South, to 71 South, 81 South, and 91 South.

At least three apartments are infested with bedbugs: 71S, 81S and 91S. Infestation is severe and spreading to surrounding apartments. The building is NOT properly addressing the problem by inspecting the surrounding apartments, or even notifying the tenants in the surrounding apartments. Tenants are coming to learn that their neighbors are or have been infected only after they have been infected themselves. This is a breach of the Warranty of Habitability in the New York City Guidelines.
