I am currently living on the first floor appartment. For the second time, this apartment has been infested with bed bugs. The first time new york housing with the previous management sent exterminators Quickly in the same week we called to exterminate them. Our second infestation doesn't seem to be that good as it's been 3 weeks so far and after numerous calls they have yet to send any kind of help over here nor are they even giving us a date when they will send help.
