We recently signed a lease for an apartment on the 9th floor at the Greystone even though in the lease agreement, they reported a bed bug problem within the past year on the 4th floor. We were assured that the problem was taken care of and that we would have an exterminator come in and inspect the entire apartment before we moved anything in. We also were assured that the unit with the infestation was not only on a different floor, but in a different part of the building. While this was scary to
