I'm living here now (2011 jan)... no bed bugs to my knowledge, though now I'm worried reading the above.

I actually received a compliance document telling me the landlord had no knowledge of bed bugs, before moving in...

so... if you can verify that you contacted the landlord, and this actually happened, I'm probably going to get a lawyer...

April 2008. Rented a room in the ground floor. Looked decrepit but clean. It's alright, I'm not picky. Went to bed later that evening... The 5 of us, who we had all just entered the apartment, each their own room, no one knowing each other, took off the next morning leaving half our stuff behind...
As soon as we turned lights off, bedbugs, termites, roaches, centipedes, mice and even a couple of rats POURED out of every nook and cranny. I'm used to living in the wild. And I'm fine with all kind
