I can also confirm bedbugs in this building. I lived there in 2009-2010 and moved out when the bugs returned a few months after a spraying. The landlord did not seem to care much about this problem.

Bedbugs found in apartment last year and this year, spraying occurred (I believe they were found in other apartments as well)
