The landlord did not take the infestation seriously - did not treat the whole floor even though there were multiple cases on my floor and the rest of the building. Within 2 months of my first treatment, I found another bug. Still, the landlord refused to treat the whole floor or at least inspect the adjacent units (or seal the openings along cable lines that opened to other units/common areas). I had multiple treatments because of re-occuring issues and spent hundres of dollars on dry-cleaning.
