Woke up one morning to bites on my neck and legs, and thought maybe it was a rash..a couple of days later I realized it was bed bugs, the problem originated in an apt below ours and they must have found a way to get up through the floor and then the apt across the hall from the one downstairs started to complain. I bombed the apt a number of times wrapped the mattress, got the problem under control for a month or two but then it reoccured, eventually I moved out and across the hall and the probl
