This building and many others on the block owned by Lighthouse 49 Realty have a long history of bedbugs. I had them in 2RE and just finished a month an a half of living in plastic containers and bags. The problem is solved but my lease is up and I'm outta there! 3RW has them as well. 5FW filed a lawsuit a few years ago because the prior owners wouldn't solve the problem and won.
