I used to live in this building, and over the years it became infested with bedbugs. The exterminator visited said that it was "one of the worst infestations" he'd ever seen. Multiple visits from the exterminator didn't solve the problem, and I know there were major infestations on at least two of the five floors (which I'm sure means the entire building is infested) in late 2009. Dealing with this literally cost me thousands of dollars.

Moved in to the building, immediately was attacked by bedbugs. Questioned super and he claimed not to know. Then I asked other tenants and they said the person in my apartment had them and moved out. Come to find out there have been infestations in other units on the line, as well.
