I just moved into this building less than a week ago. There is a NY law requiring disclosure of bed bug infestion histroy, but I received none!!!

I have been bitten 3 days in a roll. I found 2 bed bugs in the apartment, 1 alive and 1 dead.

I am so pissed. I wish I had known about this website earlier so I wouldn't have moved into that building. Now I am in big trouble.

I had a problem with rats at this building. this place is filthy.

The whole building and the two neighboring buildings are completely infested! they came back three times before we moved out. had extensive exterminating done with no result. slumlord. mice and tons of roaches as well. i rented through Barak Realty. they don't care either. i had to throw out all my furniture and mattresses and picture frames! most of 49th b/w 10th and 11th ave are infested.
