The treatment was completed and the bed bugs have been eradicated. Thank God! Regular follow-up inspections with the vendor have been occurring.

More reports on the 25th to the 33rd floor of bugs, with a few people who had to move out for a few days to spray. Walls are very, very thin.

As of November 13, we were notified that 13 apartments on Floors 25 through 33 were affected. Our first bed bug treatment happened today. (November 20). 2nd Bed Bug treatment will occur in two weeks. The PCO is M&M environmental. www.mandmpestcontrol.com
