There is a bed bug problem at this building!

I looked at at apartment to rent at this building, an old rental building above EL CENTRO mexican restaurant. I don't remember the apt #. I considered taking it, but on the way down the stairs , someone who lived down the hall from the unit I was looking at said to me, "You should know that there's a bedbug problem here." Well, I decided not to move into the building.

Of course, this is not proof that there was or is a bedbug problem.
