Horrified Tenant's Daughter on 08/31/2010

It's a Senior Citizen residence with a landlord who doesn't care about its tenants. Garbage is left outside the building on the sidewalk, repairs have not been made in 10 years (on the grounds or individual apartments), mosquitoes, rodents, and bugs are everywhere. Furniture and mattresses are left on the sidewalk riddled with Bedbugs since a year ago.
