It seems that some tenants are not cooperating there fore the problem persists. I have had the exterminator at my apartment 3 times and still continue to see them. How do we get rid of this enormous burden onces and for all?

Many bed bugs in this building. Some apartments have been sprayed several times and still have an issue.

There are at least 3 apartments in this building that have bed bugs. I have used Neem Oil to repel the bugs with relative success but it is not an eradicator. The problem started about 1 year ago, Summer of 2009.
