There was severe and prolonged infestation on the 13th floor of Section 5 which spread throughout many apartments throughout Section 5.

It is an older rental building, built in 1929, with a history of problems with water bugs, roaches and mice. A few years back, there were even rats in the basement. There are a lot of cracks in the walls which are breeding grounds for bugs and makes this building especially vulnerable.

Management has taken a proactive approach to the bed bug infestatio
