I have had bedbugs in my apartment in this building only for a short time, but I have discovered from the super and from the manager of the dry cleaner\\\'s across the street that there have been several other isolated cases of infestation over several months. The building manager was very willing to send over the exerminator, but when he arrived he (like all of the PCOs I\\\'ve dealt with so far) seemed completely ignorant as to the habits and biological needs of bed bugs.
