management has received no bed bug reports from 18R nor from other apartments on the 18th floor. Management reports a few scattered apartments with bed bug reports, and each problem was dealt with, with no repeated reports afterwards

Apartment 18R was infested. found out there was a problem on whole floor. This is NYU medical student housing.
