I had bed bugs in late 2007 and there were other reported incidents in the building before mine. While the landlord paid to have the apartment exterminated, the exterminators did not treat the adjoining units (as they are supposed to) and the landlord did not reimburse me for the thousands of dollars in cleaning bills and replaced mattress (despite a promise that he would at least cover some of the expenses). I ended up moving out of the building and would not recommend people to live here as

There are definitely bedbugs at this address - I have had them for a year.
