Bugged on 12/29/2011

For several years I've been a tenant at 42 Grove St and have put up with intermittent bed bug bites, treatments, dog visits, sprays, traps around my furniture, and emotional stress. It turns out that an apartment on the 3rd floor has a major nest of bugs which has gone untreated for years due to the elderly tenant being unaware of the problem. The landlord initially assisted in the treatment but is now no longer answering phone messages and emails. I have resorted to getting the city involved to
