It seem that 33 Bank Street has had Bedbugs for a while.
It is a rent controlled building and you can see that the management is not putting any money into it. They also turn the heat off at night.
I wonder if the baby in the first floor apartment is getting eaten every night. It's always crying!
Beware of this building! Too bad, nice street!
