Bed bug infestation started in April and was not adequately handed by management, specifically Diego. A neighboring apartment had an infestation, which made it's way into our apartment and three entire floors. It has been two months now and the problem still exists. Do not rent from this apartment. On top of that they are not willing to negotiate rent or reimbursement for hotels, dry cleaning, etc even though the problem exists because of negligence on their end. This will likely end in cou
