There was a case of bed bugs in apartment 3 on the second floor. The management company attempted to use pesticides, even though the tenant has two small childre requested heat treatment. Finally after the first treatment failed and the tenant had to throw out much of their furniture, the management company paid for the more expensive heat treatment. The management company did not attempt to inspect the other apartments or inquire about any issues. Luckily it did not spread to other apartmen
