There are bed bugs in this building, at least on the top floor. Take my word for it. I got bit nightly. I probably killed at least 100 of the fuckers over the course of 9 months or so, but to no avail. The landlord also is the least responsible guy I've ever had any contact with. He is more than happy to let this building rot away while charging obscene rents. BEWARE.
