Bed bugs no longer exist. The management Co.and building super, were very proactive and fast to check all the apartments. A couple of tenants did have them two years ago. Still to this day they do random inspections of all the apartments. This is a great building and we are very happy to live here!

The report for this address dated July 2, 2010 is incorrect. Not every apartment has been inspected on a frequent or regular basis nor every apartment treated. Walls have not been treated and the problem has not been eradicated. The tenants were not advised that the problem has existed for TWO years already.
