We have bedbugs in at last 6 apartments in the front of the building. Have had this problem since 2009. The management company does not have the entire building treated, so they just come back. Right now (August 2011) multiple apartments are being treated and retreated for bedbugs. There are two other buildings attached and a part of this building - # 188 and # 192.
