My client rented an apartment at 246 Mott Street, Apt. 10, New York, NY. Moved in on August 6, 2010, woke up morning of August 7, 2010 with bites all over. Called an exterminator and they confirmed it was bed bugs. They actually saw a bed bug crawling out of the wall. Was told it was due to the fact that there is a hollow wall in the apartment and is a breeding ground for bed bugs. Client had to move out of the apartment on August 8, 2010.
