Numerous tenants have complained about bed bugs in the building. The management is slow to react but with pressure they provided extermination services. There is still a significant infestaion in the building. I first noticed the bed bugs in the spring a few months after moving into 24 5th Avenue. The building is actually quite lovely but the managemnt does not keep it very clean which is why the problem keeps recurring.
