Massive infestation (think 1000's) in hoarder apartment on 20th floor. Bugs have spread to 19th and 21st floor. Problem has continued for 2 months.
2 tenants forced to abandon some belongings and move. Tenants are unaware and building management has done nothing to warn of possible spread.
