Update: Some bed bug reports on the 5th floor as of 2/2009

First reported bedbugs on 5th floor of this walk up in June, 2008. All apts on that floor repeatedly report bedbugs, and it has spread to other floors as well, despite some but little help from property owners. As of Dec 2008, bedbugs still appear to be a problem.
