I found beg bugs in my apartment. I am not sure where they came from, but I found out later that several tenants in the building had the same problem. The apartment covered the extermination costs, but I had to cover the very expensive costs involved in dry cleaning or laundering everything in the apartment, putting special covers on the mattresses, daily vacuuming and spraying, etc. I have no complaints about the apartment management-- they responded quickly and appropriately.
