Sept. 2008 -
The property management for this building uses a rental broker in NYC. One of the owners of this rental brokerage said that he DID know about the bed bug infestation.....however, continued to have his assistants show and rent the units without disclosing the infestation problem to the potential renters. Sick! Immoral! Greedy!
