Thank you for that report. The apt rental was on the 4th floor. Thank you sooo much for this extremely helpful info. I knew the rental price was too good to be true!

Our apartment became infested with bed bugs around March of 2010 and we had Bell Environmental come in and fumigate the apartment. They referred to our living room as a "hot zone". They were supposed to come back 6 months later to perform a second fumigation however our landlord evicted us so the apartment has not had a 2nd fumigation.
