A note was left on our stroller in the lobby of the building telling us "I wouldn't park a stroller here as I saw a bed bug scurry across the floor". We have never seen bugs in our apartment. Might be a hoax, but we will start spraying anyway.

Could be a problem in that recycling garbage is left in the lobby of the building.

Hallways and common areas are very poorly kept.
