Is there still a problem with bedbugs in this building?

There is a large bedbug infestation throughout the building. We are in an apartment on the third floor and recently found bedbug droppings all over our mattress after waking up with bites everywhere for the past couple of weeks. After talking with almost all of our neighbors in the building, we found that they have been experiencing the same problem, some of them for well over a month.
