Confirmed that one apartment had them as of October 2011. It was addressed promptly, and never spread to other apartments.

A mattress was thrown out with TOXIC written on it. Upon further investigation, the tenant revealed a bed bug investigation in their apartment. The only action thus far is the thrown out mattress.
