Huge issues with bedbugs in the apartment with tennants unwilling to let the exterminator spray. I have lived in this apartment for 2 years and have had this issue the entire time. I cant move about because the location and price are amazing. The exterminator literally comes every month to help the issue, the walls have been sealed, but due to neighbors ignorance this issue may never go away.

My 5th floor apartment was completely infested with bed bugs coming from the adjacent apartments. I moved in not knowing about this problem and within 2 months I had to move out. The smaller bedroom on the interior wall was definitely had the most bug. It's a shame that the building has the problem since it really could be a nice building (great location). I would stay away though unless you want to deal with being eaten alive, spending insane amounts of money on dry cleaning and laundry and

Bedbugs reported since summer 2009 and problem continues to today. Upper floors.
