Bedbugs located in various apts. in the building including mine. Management paid for an exterminator twice to deal with the problem in October and refused to attend to neighboring apts.I was informed today of another apt on my floor being infested with bedbugs. Management also refused to pay for any dry cleaning expenses which ended up costing me over $2000. There has been a lack of concern overall and negligent behavior on behalf of the management company. They are cheap and could not care less
