I have the bed bug problems in this appartment since last three months. When i reported the Super about this issue on first time, she said that she will send a bug sprayer. As I am completly lack of knowledge about the bed bugs, the bug sprayer cheated me by just spraying the bed alone. He said that he will come in a week and never came back. I believed that the problem is solved. After 2 months, I found that my bedroom and matress is completly affected. I informed them on Sunday early morning (

09/23/2012), the super said that bug sprayer will come only on Monday and she asked me to sleep in the living room by putting a bedsheet over the mat. I call them on Monday (09/24/2012). She said that the sprayer will come, but nothing happened on that day. I called them again on tuesday to know that bugsprayer is on vacation and he will come only on Thursday. I shocked to hear that response and also shocked to see my body with bug bites. On Wednesday night, I found that the bed sheet also has the bed bugs. I havenot slept properly for the last three days with complete back pain as i am sleeping over the carpet with bed bugs. I said to the Super, her response was completly negative. I asked for new apartment and I shown her that bugs are living under the carpet and you have to clean by removing the carpet. Her response was negative. I requested her to terminate my lease or give me in written that bugs won't come after the bugspraying. Her response is negative. She treating me completly inhuman. I don't know what to do now. Please advice me.

Beddis Buggery on 08/22/2010

Saturday, Aug 21st 2010: found a single bedbug crawling on my wall. Wasn't sure what it was, so look a good upclose picture of it. Reposrted it to the super who was to keep it in a bottle till Monday & they'll call pest control to look into it. Not sure if there will be more. but not taking any chances!

Bed bugs are now rampent in this building. Just moved out because of them. The supers are in complete denial about the situation. We showed several dead ones to the supers, the supers said they were "cardboard bugs" that come in ceral and cracker box cardboard and not to worry about it...
