I lived at this address for many years and agree that bedbugs are an ongoing problem. As this is a rooming house there are many different tenants moving in and out on a continuous basis. As I was caretaker at this dwelling for many years I knew the owner personally and disagree that he was a slumlord. Pest control records should show that the owner was very diligent at having pest control in to rid all types of pests as soon as they were spotted. Pest control had an ongoing contract to control a

This is a rooming house. It has three floors with between 5 and 15 rooms per floor. All floors have had bedbugs, but they were not found in every room. I have seen bed bugs in three other rooms on my floor and have watched the exterminator enter and exit with pesticide spraying devices. Although attempts were made to eliminate the infestation, the pests are still here. I think they are in the walls and under the carpets and will never be completely eradicated.
