When I heard this person was talking trash about these guys and their building, I had to tell my story. Lived there for the last year and had no problems and in fact these guys had me into their office a few times helping with personal issues. This building and the owners are the best and I mean the best landlords. It is a shame people can write anything they want, truth or in this case a load of crap.

ive lived here for 15 years and these reports are insane..............talk about a liar and getting their friends to join in. 15 years i have lived here and had no problems with any bugs........you people should get a life...........

Wow i never knew this site existed, its good it does and if i knew about it i never would have moved into 2723 windsor st.... i moved out cause of bedbugs in late 2011... exterminator came in twice but that had no effect as I figure they must be all thru the walls of that building.

My best friend lived in that dump for two years. She refused to believe she had bedbugs - thought she had an allergy because she was breaking out in these horrible welts all over her body. Even her doctor told her she might have a serious skin condition - I kept telling her it was bed bugs - finally, she believed me when she spotted several in her mattress. She was so grossed out, she moved from there immediately. The night before she moved out, someone was murdered under her bedroom window. N

I was living in this exact address before you. I found out that the person living before me had the same problem. Despite the fact that our landlord never mentioned anything to us when we signed the lease. We had to throw out all of our furniture and the new mattress we bought and our landlord made us pay him half a months rent for breaking our contract! And we had to pay him half the deposit as well! Horrible experience!

this place is gross , lived in the basement apartment for 1 week and got several bits. from what i understand the same is happing to people on every floor. have seen them in bed on floor and even in cloths
