I have not had a problem and lived in this residence for over 10 years. I have heard of my neighbours getting them, but, I looked at the person and the furniture... I don't need to say anymore. People should not pick things up second hand and bring them into there place unless they are sure they are not infested. The building is great and has the best landlords I have ever had.

This whole building has since been fumigated and carpets removed as of 07/2012. Treated by Ace Pest Control. There are no more bedbugs at this location.

I have a friend that lives here. He is covered head to toe in bed bug bites and just moved there this November, 2011.Its disgusting. I stayed there one night not to long ago not knowing about this and have 20 or so bites myself. Freaking out that I brought them home with me. :( That building is without a doubt infested and if your apartment doesnt have them yet it will.

hi all,
i posted above about this building, i still live here and haven't had any more issues with bugs. the landlord treated the building properly, put in all new flooring, and effectively terminated all the bedbugs.

i moved here a few months ago, with my 7 month old baby. we are now covered in bites, and i found some bugs. the supers said we were the only ones that had them and that the landlord would try to charge us for actual treatment, and started to spray for fleas. its been worse since.

Date: 2009-2010, apartment number is unimportant. Entire building will be infested if even one unit is. They were here when we moved in, asked about them and the supers lied. When reported they sprayed for fleas, which will only make them scatter. Do not move here unless u want bugs.
