Itchy No More on 04/27/2009

This is a subsidized building owned by the Regional Housing Authority. I lived there in 2002 till 2007 and had no warning but did get a pamplet stating i was to report any insects I found. I thought maybe it was cockroaches but nope. My last year of living there was hell...I had severe bites and didnt know what was wrong with me...until I finally found one right after he bit me. I took it to the office and they said yeah.,..thats a bedbug..weve had them for months. I had to leave all my furnitur
